Rental Rates
We rent MaisonO out on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The rates quoted below are for 7 nights accomodation, including a weekend.
The minimum number of nights is 4 or 5 in a Booking, depending on the season for 2026.
Extra nights added onto your weekly stays will be subject to our quotation.
Short stays (less than a week) are based on Daily Rates for 2026/27 are:
High Season Extra nights or short bookings Euro300 per night.
Mid Season Extra nights or short bookings is Euro250 per night.
Low Season Extra nights or short bookings Euro225 per night.
Rates for 2026/7 are subject to Quotation, however if you would like an approximate idea the new rates are on our Airbnb listing or at www.theluberon.com under Maison de Menerbes.

Xmas & New Year 2028/9 are Mid Season Rates @ Euro1700 per week or the Daily Rate
Tourist Taxes in France: MaisonO has been Rated 2 for the new Tourist Tax which was first introduced in the year of 2019.
The Current Tax Rate the Government Charge from January 2026 is at Euro1.10 pp per night which are not included in the new 2026 Rates & will therefore be added to your Quotation.
The Tax amount will appear separately on your Agreement.
Each Booking is subject to a non refundable Admin Fee of Euro50 to be paid on booking.
For the High Season in 2026 we are offering Saturday to Saturday Bookings only.

- Included in the Rental Rates: bedlinen, towels, utilities, satellite TV, WiFi internet.
- The Maximum number of guests for MaisonO is 4 people and we regret that pets and smoking are not allowed.
- To Secure Your Booking: Short stays (less than 7days) pay in FULL on booking, otherwise a 25% deposit, plus the Euro50 Admin Fee, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your stay.
- Please Note: There is also a refundable security deposit of Euros 200 against any breakages or damage.
- Cancellation policy: If we can find another booking to replace yours we will return money sent (Excluding Admin Fee & any bank charges). If your Cancel is within 8weeks of your booking the refund will be the amount paid less one nights accomodation rate and any Bank Charges that have been levied. If cancelled in less than 4weeks 50% of your payment will be refunded and no refund within 2weeks of stay.
- Rental Periods: These run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. For stays over a week the daily rates apply. Long term stays available on request.
- Insurance: You need personal liability insurance when you rent a property in France. Please read the submenu for more details.
- Booking: Please contact us at time of booking to arrange payment method and currency. Payments can be made in various currencies.
- Extra Nights: Rental Rates for extra nights added on to a weekly stay or shorter stays are always subject to quotation & dependent on availability.
- High Season Weekend Nightly Rates in 2026 are Euro300 per night (Fri-Sun)
- Mid Season Weekend Nightly Rates in 2026 are Euro250 (Fri-Sun) per night.
- Off Peak/Winter Season Weekend Nightly Rates in 2026/7 are Euro225 per night
- Tourist Tax Rate is Euro1.10 pp per night & are added separately to your total to pay from Jan 2026.
- There is a non refundable Admin Fee of Euro50 on every booking added separately to your total to pay.
